The client I want to help is dealing with things like depression, low self-esteem, anger issues, anxiety, stress, loss of job, loss of loved ones, issues with their relationships, physical limitations due to health. Because of issues such as these, they experience a lot of negative thinking, trouble coping with emotions that feel painful, and engage in behaviors that make things worse and not better. This client wants to be able to combat negative thoughts, learn how to manage uncomfortable emotions in a healthy way, practice self-care and take any other positive steps toward their overall well-being. This client wants to work through these challenges so they can feel happier, feel more fulfilled, and know that they have value and purpose.
