I am a social work therapist. I graduated from Fordham University in 2020. I have been working as a therapist for the past 20 years. I have experience working with adults providing individual and family therapy. I have experience and training in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior therapy ,Cognitive Behavior therapy and Family therapy. I have provided therapy to clients with ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, PTSD, Communication issues, Family relationship issues also Separation and loss. I realized seeking treatment is very difficult but when you have an issue that you have tried to solve by yourself without success, it may be time to seek help. Therapy is discreet non judgmental, safe place to work on your issues and a way of finding solutions to those things that are preventing you from having the life you want.
