Hi!! It's never too late to feel better about yourself and about your life! As a holistic therapist I use an integrated method in my practice (e.g. multi-sensory, somatic experiencing, movement, experiential, mindfulness, sound, breath and energy work). We've all heard of the nervous system's fight/flight/freeze response which influence everything from our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. We will spend a lot of time getting to know your system and re-pattern what's not working!
