I am a licensed clinical social worker in Oklahoma with 3 years of professional work experience, working in both outpatient and community mental health settings. My speciality is helping caregivers who feel burned out, overwhelmed, and want support in their journey as a parent. I also enjoy serving clients who need help with anxiety, depression, life challenges, and family conflict.

My approach is person-centered and empathetic based in the belief that we are all inherently have value, dignity, and worth as we walk this planet. I primarily use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) which provides a foundation for client's to build a life full of meaning and purpose. I love to support client's in their values and give them the tools they need to reach their goals.
