What should your client know about you? Hello there, I'm Luis. In my practice, people say I support them and challenge them with the right balance. I use a combination of Western and Eastern Psychological insights to help you identify your goals, and make a plan to get you there. What is your approach to therapy? I trust that each person has their own innate wisdom. We'll focus on allowing this wisdom to arise and let it guide us toward your well-being. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? So, what can you expect from our first session? Well, my clients say I'm incredibly empathetic, thoughtful, a great listener, and caring. But I also challenge you and encourage you to challenge yourself. I'll push you yet hold you at the same time.
