I am currently licensed as a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas. I enjoy helping and assisting clients with issues such as anger, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief/loss and stress. I typically use a person centered approach and use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy when working with clients and provide a welcoming and understanding space in order to help the client feel at ease during the counseling process. I believe it is important to be non-judgmental and provide client a safe space to share his or her emotions. I look forward to working along side you through this counseling experience.
