Hi. My name is Lucy. Does there seem to be a challenge everywhere you look? Are you struggling with stressors at work, at home, or within your extended relationships? Are you dealing with feelings of overwhelm or having intrusive, worrying thoughts? Do you find it challenging to simply be kind to yourself? Regardless of your situation, I am so glad you are taking the steps to find support, and I hope that, together, we can discover what’s not working and get you back to balance. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 20 years of experience working with clients in various areas. These include crisis intervention, hospitalization and grief counseling, child protective services, foster care, parent coaching, mental health support, and intensive in-home therapeutic services. I believe that all individuals possess an innate desire for well-balanced emotional/mental health. I enjoy helping people from all walks of life manage relationships, explore personal challenges, and turn their inner critic into a compassionate and empowering force in their lives. Reaching out for help can be overwhelming, and you have taken the first step by seeking a therapist. My goal is to provide a safe space for healing and growth.
