Welcome to therapy! I am a supportive presence to help you navigate life's challenges and develop action plans to make change. I take a caring and direct approach to helping you find your strengths and inner resources so you can move forward with greater confidence. I have worked in many roles in the non-profit sector, serving clients involved with the criminal justice system, human services, and the foster care system. I have experience treating addictions, anxiety, depression and a variety of other mental disorders.
