I am licensed in Massachusetts with 6 years of professional work experience. My expertise is in combining cognitive and somatic approaches to addressing trauma and stress related issues. I also have experience in helping clients develop motivation, self esteem, and confidence & cope with life changes. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I work primarily with adults and have loved supporting members of the LGBTQ+ community. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change.
