I am a mental health counselor licensed in Florida with over 16 years of working experience as a counselor and family consultant. If you are depressed, anxious, suffering marital distress, or parenting stress, with emotions all over the place, and not sure how to cope, remember there is help and hope. There is no need to fight the battle by yourself. You have the strength to keep fighting and the skills to overcome. Sometimes we need someone to stand by our side and be our strength when we become weak. I am eager to restore your strength and reveal your skills within you.
