I am licensed in California with 11 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety management, motivation, self esteem issues, & depression. I also have experience working with attachment issues, post-traumatic stress disorder, and relationship issues. I want to hear about your life and to help you find ways to navigate your days in ways that work for you.
I have a warm, person-centered approach to therapy. My belief is that healing happens within the context of a respectful, caring and nonjudgemental therapeutic relationship. When we work together, you can be yourself. I want to see you and help you to understand yourself in new ways. I believe in the power of human connection and feel that healing happens when we feel understood, seen, and appreciated for who we truly are.
