Hello,
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 15 years of experience in the field. I have my masters degree in social work from George Mason University. I enjoy working with adults experiencing life transitions as well as those working in the helping profession. I believe with the right support, we can navigate the many challenges that life presents to us as invitations for personal growth. We are the author of our lives and can truly enjoy each chapter we write.

I work alongside those healing from trauma, addressing end of life issues, coaching through divorce, supporting parents of adult children, understanding caregiver burnout, assisting professionals with ways to invest in themselves, and navigating life changes. I provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment. It is my belief that we have the answers within ourselves and at times need assistance tuning into our inner strength. I am inclusive and I celebrate the diversity of humanity.
