I have over 18 years of therapeutic experience, which include helping clients with trauma and abuse, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, identity issues, career difficulties, anxiety & depression. I have worked extensively with clients to help them build resilience and self confidence, while reclaiming their power. My modalities include but are not limited to CBT, DBT, meditation, client-centered/strength based treatment. I believe you are both courageous and self-honoring for exploring therapy.
