Everyone's experience in life is unique to them and their treatment should also be as unique. I believe that there is not one therapeutic process that fits all individuals' needs and I am committed to working with you and creating a platform that motivates and empowers you to meet your goals. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Credentialed Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor. My experience in substance abuse, disease management, perinatal/post partum issues, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and various other vulnerabilities provide me the ability to offer clients a wide variety of knowledge and therapeutic approaches. I have more than ten years of experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, including private practice, and feel confident that we can work together in order to create an individualized approach to your goals.
Committing to therapy is often an added stressor to our already hectic lives. I understand this barrier and am able to provide flexibility in timing and openness to various modalities of communication.
