I am a licensed clinical social worker in Connecticut. I received my Masters’ degree in Social Work in 2011 from Springfield College in Massachusetts. Since then I have been facilitating groups and working with individuals in a therapeutic environment. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma and abuse, & coping with grief and loss. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
