As a dedicated therapist, I possess extensive experience and an unwavering passion for helping individuals overcome their challenges. My specialized expertise lies in working with a diverse range of clients, including adolescents and adults, and I have successfully assisted individuals facing a wide spectrum of behavioral and mental health issues. These include anxiety disorders, depression, domestic violence, sexual assault, and various other concerns. Guided by an empowering approach, I prioritize leveraging clients' strengths to help them navigate life's stressors with resilience. My commitment to evidence-based practice is evident in my utilization of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as a foundation.
Over the course of 12 years, I have immersed myself in the behavioral health field, beginning as a first responder victim advocate and subsequently serving as a school social worker. These experiences have provided me with profound insights into the challenges faced by individuals struggling with trauma, abuse, loss and grief, self-esteem issues, dependency, and more. I am dedicated to fostering a deep understanding of these issues and continuously expanding my knowledge to better serve my clients.
My ultimate goal is to identify the therapy techniques that align most harmoniously with clients' personalities and help them achieve their treatment goals.
