Hello and Welcome!
My name is Lorinda Sanders and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) practicing in Idaho and Oregon. I have been practicing in the clinical social work field for 21 years. I graduated from Walla Walla University with a Master in Social Work in 2000. I have worked with a multitude of populations include adolescents, teenagers, adults, and geriatrics. My experience includes working with individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, career challenges, LGBTQ, relational conflict, grief and loss, and adjustment/transitional challenges.

I use a number of therapeutic techniques depending on what works for the individual I am working with. . I utilize acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, motivational interviewing, relaxation techniques, strength-based approaches, and solution focused techniques. The most important part of counseling is developing trust and confidence in the therapeutic. relationship. I am committed to helping you reach your full potential. We will start where you are and work towards the goals you want to achieve together. I look forward to working with you and assisting you in meeting your therapeutic goals.
