About

Hi there, I'm Lorianna! My name is Lorianna, and I am a licensed professional counselor. I have been counseling individuals and couples for over 16 years. My approach Drawing from a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Trauma Informed Care, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal family systems (IFS), and mindfulness techniques, I tailor my treatment plans to meet the individual needs and goals of my clients. I believe in a holistic approach that addresses the root cause of the symptoms the client would like to address. My focus I enjoy working with a variety of clients and specialize in helping clients overcome anxiety, shame, trauma, and out-of-control emotions. In addition, I enjoy working with postpartum women and new moms. I have extensive experience working with clients feeling rage, and resentment, having dysfunctional relationships, and feeling stuck in past trauma. My communication style With a warm and non-judgmental demeanor, I work to create a therapeutic environment where clients can explore their emotions and experiences openly. Through active listening, empathy, and humor, I help my clients uncover underlying triggers, patterns, and belief systems, guiding them toward self-discovery and personal growth. My journey to therapy I became a therapist because I love helping people discover who they are and how to achieve their goals. For me, it's like solving a puzzle. No one consciously chooses to be unhappy, stuck, or anxious, but we often find ourselves here. I enjoy working together with you to solve the puzzle and teach you how to live in a place of healing and joy. My goals for you Early on in treatment, I discuss with my clients what their goals are and what they would like to see a change in their life. I help them to make their goals measurable, achievable, and realistic.
