I'm a Licensed Therapist & Professional Life Coach specializing in confidence, anxiety, weight loss and whole-body wellness.
I believe feeling good about yourself is NOT impossible; but I understand your struggle, because feeling stuck & overwhelmed is where many of my clients start.

I have been a licensed therapist for over 10 years, and I have realized over time that our mental health is just as important as our physical health! I have a background in child & adolescent counseling, and still work with children and families, though now I mostly work with adults. I am also a therapist in a private practice, so I spend many hours a week with my clients working through their life experiences. The best part of what I do is seeing someone's potential oftentimes long before they can see it in themselves, and watching them create shifts in their life to get the results they've been wanting. I focus on the whole body, because we're "whole humans!" Your state of mind, thoughts, beliefs, stories you're telling yourself, perspective on life, activity level, nutrition, relationships, and connection with your life's purpose all play a role in how you feel at the end of each day.

My blend of therapy & coaching can help you go from unmotivated to unstoppable! We can visit the past, but we won't stay there. It's time to move forward and I've made it my mission to help YOU focus on YOU. Our habits create our results and shape our lives, so if you're having a hard time with something in your life, let's take a look at it and put in some work to help you move forward.
