Whether you’ve never been in therapy a day in your life, or you’re well-versed in the experience, I would like to help! For nearly 10 years, I have been counseling an array of individuals, from those struggling with mild relationship issues to those battling longstanding untreated trauma. Depression, anxiety, addiction, PTSD–all of these have one thing in common: you’ve become disconnected from your true self.
