Hi! My name is Lori Posdal and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Work and Certified Life and Career Coach working in sunny Florida.

My passion and purpose is to inspire and motivate individuals, skills I honed during my 30-year career working in non-profits, academia and as an entrepreneur with a private practice. I earned my master’s degree in clinical social work at Tulane University which has helped me understand the psychology that shapes our thoughts, behaviors and actions. When we make our subconscious thoughts conscious, we open the door to understanding how to achieve the results that are eluding us.

Bringing a counselor alongside gives you a partner as you journey towards reaching your goals. Together we will begin to identify what you want and what is standing in your way and once your vision is clear, we work to make it a reality through a process designed specifically for you.

The most important person in this process is you , which is why I work from a client-centered and solutions focused framework. These modalities help us focus on being mindful of where you are in the present moment and where you aspire to go. I find that focusing on small changes first makes the probability of success higher for the bigger changes one may desire.
