Hi, I'm Lori. Have you lost a loved one? Or maybe you've been through a divorce, a job loss, a move or some other life-changing event? Has it been hard to find support? I help adults navigate grief and learn how to live a fulfilling life beyond loss. Together, we can identify what's working and what's not working as you go on this special journey. We'll use a whole self approach, addressing the needs of your mind, body and spirit. I integrate mindfulness, expressive art and mindset techniques to help you develop a stronger relationship with yourself. Whether you're dealing with grief, related anxiety or depression or identity issues, I'm here to help. Seeking therapy can feel scary but you're making the right choice.
