I am licensed in Pennsylvania with 22 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with grief and loss, motivation, self esteem, confidence, & bipolar disorder. My greatest strength is that I am authentic, and make other's feel comfortable. My belief is that with the right tools, you can make vast improvements in your life. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
