EMDR, Mindfulness, DBT, CBT, MBCT and CBT for Chronic Pain Management are my primary treatment methods. I offer 20 years total Mental Health working experience, serving clients with SMI, Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Mood Disorders, Personality Disorders, Domestic Violence Recovery, Anger Management, and Stress Reduction needs. I am Gay Allied. I am also divorced, was a single mom for many years, grew up in a military, southern family, and understand dynamics of abrupt life changes.
