I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and help with issues related to depression, anxiety, substance use, codependency and relationships.
My motto "in life pain is inevitable, but suffering is optional".
I will help you on a journey that at times may be difficult, but know that I am there with you.
I help you by sharing various coping strategies such as mindfulness, and encourage you to dive deeper into belief systems that may not be serving you well.
