I am licensed in North Carolina with 17 years of professional experience. I've helped clients successfully navigate major transitions in life and develop the resiliency skills necessary to meet the next challenge. I specialize in grief and loss, family conflicts, trauma and abuse & parenting issues. What I've discovered is that we often lose sight of our strengths in overwhelming, troubling or confusing times--and that therapy can help us tap into our resiliency to have a better life.
