Every journey starts with a single step, and I am here to help you through yours. I believe that there is not one "right" way to heal. It's hard to know exactly what you need in times of suffering and struggle, other than just knowing you need help. That's where I come in.

My practice philosophy is grounded in integrity, gratitude and acceptance and honors the connection between the mind and body in pursuit of happiness. I believe that each person is the expert in their own experience and that when provided with new tools and insight, everyone is capable of living a meaningful life.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 13 years of experience. My areas of specialty include: stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, low self-worth, career and school challenges, parenting / caregiver burnout, ADHD management, chronic illness, complex medical conditions and grief and loss.

My goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.

I use a strengths-based lens to empower my clients to confront their current challenges and to feel confident in their choices. I actively listen with compassion and respond with empathy, respect and without judgement. Together we will establish goals and timelines, identify obstacles to achieve your personal and professional success and develop coping skills and strategies. Come as you are, not as who others demand you to be. I will always ask how you're doing and sit with you as you find your voice.
