Are you ready for change? Do you want to improve your life? Counseling is a process that can help you discover what it is that you want, what is hindering you from getting this, and learning new skills so that you can reach the life that will be fulfilling for you. I am here to guide you through that process and we may even have some laughs in-between all the hard work.

I have been working with youth and adults for the past 15 years, many with normal life adjustments and some who are struggling with significant mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, bipolar, PTSD, and dual diagnosis such as a mental health, addictions, and/or chronic illness and pain. I also have experience with end of life and grief and loss.

I believe the relationship that we build is the most important aspect to the counseling process. It really makes the difference to be successful with your goals. Whatever your goals, I will support you to meet them.
