I am a Marriage and Family Therapist and have more than 15 years of experience with counseling in a variety of settings. I work with children, adults, couples, and families for a variety of issues including trauma, grief, relationships, depression, anxiety, and much more. My background and training has focused on using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused therapy among others. I believe the “answers” to life’s issues reside within us and, through guidance, successful therapy can reveal inner strengths and remove obstacles to growth.
