Here is what you need to know about me. I am licensed in Pennsylvania with 15 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, trauma and abuse, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.

My goal is to make people feel comfortable, to listen, and even to make you laugh a little. I got into this field because I truly; to quote Anne Frank, believe that people are really good at heart. And that everyone deserves to feel happier and more at peace. Coming to therapy can feel overwhelming and you might be wondering if it will even help. My goal as a therapist is to help you never give up on yourself, to find ways to solve your problems, to help you be the best version of yourself.
