Hello. My name is Lori and I am a licensed counselor in Oklahoma. Life is a journey and sometimes the paths we are on in life get derailed and we might face challenges in life that soon become overwhelming and stressful. Dealing with those feelings of stress, worries, sadness, we then sometimes lose motivation, hope, and ambition along the way. Let me help you find that hope and motivation to continue on that journey that you personally desire for your life.

I have experience in working with different evidence based practices. The modalities I utilize most often with clients is cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, person centered therapy, and some relapse prevention therapy techniques. I have experience working with adults who are in addiction and also adults who are in sobriety. Some of my other experiences include working with adults who are depressed, anxious, frustration, dealing with grief, some trauma related concerns as well. I have previous experience working with youth such as pre-teens and teenagers whether their stress is from school related issues or self esteem. I have taught numerous groups over the years including BIP, substance abuse groups. Some of the therapy related groups consisted of substance abuse, relapse prevention groups, grief groups, adult female groups, and youth groups mainly consisting of pre-teens and teens.
