My mission is to assist clients by encouraging them to explore their depths, increase their self-awareness, and empower their ability to forgive themselves. My goal is to meet each client where they are to support and encourage you as you determine your path toward a meaningful life. What is your approach to therapy? I utilize psychotherapy approaches that focus on changing problematic behaviors, feelings, and thoughts to help clients identify negative behaviors' root causes and motives. My clinical experience and expertise include; teenagers, adults,/elders in addressing various types of trauma, depression, anxiety, ineffective communication skills, substance addiction, stress management, and anger management. I can also utilize a spiritual approach if that is what you are seeking. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? Together we will work on identifying positive coping skills that will lead you toward “HARMONY and BALANCE in your life.”
