Welcome to my page on Find A Therapist. You have taken the first step in seeking out a therapist and putting yourself and your needs first, so hats off to you! If you are struggling with feelings of anxiety, depression or feeling overwhelmed by circumstances, know that you don’t have to manage this alone. I am a psychotherapist with extensive training and experience working with individuals, couples and families who suffer from a wide variety of challenges. I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in Palm Harbor, Florida. I received my MA from the University of South Florida in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling.

My clients enjoy a safe, comfortable, non-judgmental therapeutic experience and are treated with sensitivity and respect. The majority of my clients move out of distress within 8-10 weeks. I teach a variety of tools and skills that you will be able to incorporate into your life so that you will not need me long term. I use methods that are proven and effective in helping people not only cope with their mental health issues but also to grow and thrive. My specialties are anxiety, depression, stress, self esteem issues, career exploration, parenting, couple counseling, divorce counseling and coaching, relationship counseling for individuals, family conflict and childhood traumas. My training is in the following modalities and theories and they guide my therapy practice: Positive Psychology, Emotion Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, EMDR, Energy Psychology, Attachment Theory, and Trauma Informed Therapy.
