I strive to create a therapeutic environment of support, care, and empowerment; and one that is free of judgment. My approach is one of collaboration towards change. Together, my clients and I identify and address the emotional issues, painful experiences, and life patterns that are keeping them from manifesting their vision for themselves, all while actively making changes towards their wellness and their goals. I am happy to teach what I know to help my clients enhance their skills to manage their emotions, their relationships, and life stressors. I strive to support my clients in having meaningful, healthy relationships and positive connections in their communities. My goal is to walk alongside my clients just until they feel confident in being able to continue their progress and meet life’s challenges on their own, with purpose and hope, and of course, with the support of their loved ones and their community. My experience has been primarily with children, teens, and adult family members providing culturally sensitive community services in English y en Español in the non-profit sector. I am a first-generation Mexican American, pronouns she/hers, born and raised in the farming communities of the central valley area of California.
