I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). As a therapist, I aim to teach you skills and strategies through evidence-based practices to manage life stressors and trauma and achieve a more fulfilling life. I can help you make positive changes aligned with your personal goals and values by providing unconditional positive regard, empathy, and a solid therapeutic relationship. Together we can work towards developing your personal mental health goals and an individualized treatment plan that will make you feel understood and supported. I have been in the mental health field since 2008 and have worked in various settings throughout California, such as public schools, county agencies, non-profits, and private homes. Additionally, I have experience providing services to diverse populations of adolescents, adults, and families. I am fluent in English and Spanish and provide mental health services in both languages.
