I have 7 years of experience working with many people and families in their time of need such as anxiety, depression, self-harming behaviors, stress, anger management, ADHD, ODD, PTSD. I also have experience working with emotional, physical, and sexual abuse.

My intent is to assist you in recognizing your strengths and helping you build your capabilities.
