I am a licensed professional counselor, and I have worked in the helping profession for ten years plus. I like to use a collaborative approach when working with my clients, meaning we work together throughout this entire process, I encourage you to have a voice in your treatment, and we both are open and honest. I am trained in several treatment interventions, and I utilize a holistic approach to help my clients achieve goals, and develop a better quality of life.
I have experience working with clients with the following concerns: depression, anxiety, substance abuse, occupational issues, trauma, self-esteem development, relationship issues, and stress management. I also have experience as a wellness coach, and I help my clients develop balanced living.
I enjoy warm weather, beaches, reading, and sunshine, and I have a very warm, and inviting personality. I look forward to us working together and achieving life goals!
