I am a licensed professional counselor with experience working with adults, teenagers, and children. I have extensive training and experience working with those who have experienced trauma, especially abuse. Whether trauma is recent or from years ago, I have experience in helping clients navigate and make sense of these experiences. I also have experience in help clients with anxiety, depression, and parenting issues. I have worked with clients from diverse backgrounds and cultures.

My approach combines cognitive-behavioral therapy, rational-emotive therapy, and narrative therapy. I believe a positive therapeutic relationship is warm and reciprocal, with space for joy and humor! I am happy to adjust our dialog and plan of care to reflect your unique needs, strengths, and cultural preferences.
