I am licensed in Wisconsin with over 25 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, anger and depression, coping with grief and loss, sleeping disorders, & motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I use cognitive behavior therapy and dialectical behavior therapy to help clients learn the skills to work through their feelings and emotions in more effective ways. Mindfulness is an important skill I teach as well. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
