I am a License Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Idaho. I have worked with clients with various backgrounds with various concerns including sexual addiction. depression, anxiety, and relationship issues. I specialize in trauma and Eye Movement Desentization Reprocessing (EMDR).

I received my Master's degree from Grand Canyon University. I have worked in clinical settings with venturing out to start my own private practice. My primary experience is with addictions, relationship issues, anxiety and depression.

My therapy style is warm and respectful. My approach is cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing. I believe people need a starting point to start the process of healing. This is where healing begins.
