Hello,

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 15 years of experience in the behavioral health field. I believe that all persons are capable of making positive changes in their lives and utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches in order to maximize the benefits of talk therapy. I am experienced in treating adults, children, couples and families in a variety of settings. In my free time I enjoy hiking, cooking and spending time with my children.
