I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I have been practicing therapy for 6 years. I have worked with clients who have struggled with addiction, depression anxiety and PTSD. . I believe therapy is a partnership and each client is an expert on themselves. By working together we are able to work together and make a plan that makes sense for you. I use a client centered approach that is realistic for day to day life, and provides skills that can be taken outside the sessions. I strive to create a safe environment where every individual feels accepted and is able to openly share their experiences and thoughts.
