I am honored to be a part of the journeys of people who want a better life. I have been part of journeys addressing anxiety, depression, grief, psychosis, trauma, relationships, multicultural issues, self-esteem, and much more. It is always a humbling experience to learn about and be trusted with the unique stories of my clients. I am always learning and growing with each person I work with. I really love my work as a therapist and can't imagine giving it up. Other than that, I love food, talking to people, playing games, coloring, and listening to people's unique stories of courage and strength!
