I can help improve relaxation skills and and reduce angry outbursts by helping individuals develop a personalized plan manage and express their emotions and a safe and appropriate manner. I am comfortable working with lgbt-related issues. I have years of experience addressing parenting issues and managing behaviors. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
