Welcome to Find A Therapist! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker licensed in New York State with over 9 years of experience working with adults who have been dealing with all sorts of life challenges and concerns that include depression, anxiety, lack of housing, relationship issues, and career challenges. I also helped many people who have experienced loss, physical trauma or emotional abuse and those who suffer with pain and disabling conditions.

In my years of practice I found that treating people with respect and compassion is what should come first. I do not believe in labels and have worked diligently to stand up for reducing stigmas heard within my community. My approach combines Motivational Interviewing, humanistic, psychodynamic and client-centered therapy. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
