Hi! I'm glad you're here!
I enjoy empowering my clients by identifying harmful thought patterns/behaviors and exploring ways to minimize/eliminate them. Therapy is helpful in processing life transitions, conflicts, and trauma, and developing strengths in order to better manage them.
I tend to have a high energy level and utilize humor, when appropriate. I am not rigid in practice and am focused on accomplishing the goals identified.
I have been successful with issues related to trauma, social/relationship issues, life transitions, stress reduction, LGBTQ issues, and minimizing difficult mental health symptoms.
