I have been providing therapy services for over twenty years in a variety of settings. I am licensed in Colorado as both a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Licensed Addiction Counselor. Most of my experience is working with adults and families on resolving complex issues including addiction, depression, anxiety, parenting concerns, relationship issues, and moving forward with life changes. I believe in helping clients achieve their best self by exploring all aspects of well-being; addressing other areas such as supportive relationships, sleep, exercise, and other components of life that support good mental health.

My counseling style is calming, warm, and straightforward. I believe that you are the expert in your own life and my job is to support you in believing in your expertise and building confidence in making the best choices for your overall well-being. I use techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and client-centered therapy. Every person and situation is different, so the counseling changes based on your unique needs. I will work with you to create a treatment plan and goals that are truly driven by you.
