Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in CT with over 25 years of experience in a variety of settings including mental health agencies and public schools. I am certified as a Professional Life Coach and a Professional Recovery Coach (CPC, CPRC). I also hold a certification in Positive Psychology. This unique training, which combines therapy and coaching from a strength perspective, gives me the ability to assist people wherever they are in their lives. I am interested in working with people who are committed to changing their lives in a positive way, including people who may be questioning their relationship with alcohol. I am passionate about personal growth, and inspiring joyful, conscious living.

My approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing Techniques. My counseling style is very relaxed and interactive.
