I approach our first session with wanting to know exactly where you are and what you need today. This is because people usually book a therapy session while in some kind of emotional pain, or with a problem to solve. I assure you that you will feel more peaceful and calm with just one session, and you will leave knowing that you will be able to solve what is going on. We tend to be harsh and critical of ourselves thinking that will promote change when that only causes us to procrastinate and feel depression and anxiety.
