Welcome. I am a clinical social worker in Massachusetts with over 15 years of experience counseling individuals, teens, families, and couples in community mental health centers and in schools. I specialize in relational work, integrating holistic approaches, including psychodynamic therapy, creative arts therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, family systems theory and mindfulness techniques. I work from a strengths-based perspective helping clients find their own power within to build on their capabilities and expand their world. I am also trained in utilizing trauma informed therapy to help clients process and heal from painful and significant events that have created barriers in their lives. I have a background as a special educator and school based counselor with elementary, middle, and high school students and their families to help improve communication, self esteem, and problem-solving skills. I strongly believe in taking a stand for racial and social justice . As a visual artist, I am interested in how creativity plays a therapeutic role.

I will work alongside you as your guide in creating your own space for self compassion and deeper awareness.
